CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock,
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: Commissioner Foley
Chairperson Macro appointed Commissioner Evans to sit for Commissioner Klein and Commissioner Taylor to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Mr. Les Clapp, 1726 Main Street
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Evans to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on November 3, 2010. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Motion to approve the COA application for a gravel driveway connector as submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Grover at 1752 Main Street was made by Commissioner Evans and seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick. The motion was approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
- The second, and final, batch of Historic Resources Inventory forms have been submitted by the Town’s consultant. Still to be delivered is an overview of this section of town and a PowerPoint presentation. Forms will be distributed to members for review and comment with a response due by the January 4, 2011 meeting date.
- The Town Council did not take any action on the Demolition Delay Ordinance. The Historic District Commission was advised to verify when voting on the Demolition Delay Ordinance will be re-scheduled for the Town Council Agenda.

ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner FitzPatrick moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:28 pm; seconded by Commissioner Taylor. The motion carried unanimously.
